How much does it cost?

Pricing for drop-off wash & fold is $1.99 per pound with a $30 order minimum. For our laundry delivery service, the price is $1.99 per pound with a $40 order minimum. You can view our complete list of pricing on our Pricing page.

Can I leave my laundry on my porch?

Yes! You can conveniently leave your covered laundry on your porch or other designated area for our driver.

How do I get started?

Setting up laundry service is easy! Once you've created your account, you can schedule your first pickup online.

Can I request hypoallergenic products?

Yes, to request hypoallergenic products please enter a note in the "Laundry Preferences" field, on the new order form.

How is my clean laundry packaged?

Your clean items are folded and stacked, then placed in a clear plastic bag to protect it during transportation.

Do you pick-up at my address?

We serve most of the south shore of Lake Tahoe. You can see if we serve your specific neighborhood by entering your address in the search box, at the top of the Home page.

When will my laundry be delivered?

Our standard delivery is the following day after pickup.

What if I miss my pickup/delivery time?

If we aren't able to retrieve/deliver your laundry during your scheduled time, per your instructions, you can reschedule a new time by contacting us. A $5 missed pickup/delivery charge will be applied to your order.

How do I prepare the laundry for pickup?

Place your laundry in a bag of your choice (we recommend a trash bag) and include your name. You can also request a Mount Fresh Laundry reusable bag (the cost is $8 per bag).

Do you iron items?

We do not offer ironing at this time. We do, however, remove items promptly from the dryer and immediately fold.
